Miss Marwa Alfaris has been working in the Early Childhood Education field for over 16 years. Marwa one of the founder IQ Kids Nursery since 2017, she is Jordanian, she has a master’s degree in business administration, As well as specialized certificates in the management of social institutions in early childhood.
Miss Yassmine Blaik has been working in the Early Childhood Education field for over 18 years. Yassmine one of the founder IQ Kids Nursery since 2017, She is Lebanese, she has a master’s degree in education psychology, as well as her Specialized in the field of behaviour modification, special need education, Autistic specialist, Psychometric test and family counsellor.

Our dedicated practitioners are fully qualified to offer the best education and care for your child. Our practitioners are chosen for their dedication to meeting the developmental and emotional needs of children. Their training takes place throughout the year to ensure that our teams have the most up-to-date knowledge on early childhood education.
Our practitioners are provided with frequent training sessions by contracting with Blooming development centers that involve child development, age-appropriate learning, health and safety and strategies to ensure that the children under our care receive a holistic, child-centred approach.
Blooming Mind for training, our partner supports and provides us with outstanding early childhood courses that enrich all nursery staff. The aim of these trainings is to ensure high standards and a continuously efficient practice. This training takes place once every month.
